​Hi I'm Kate,

Founder of Sustainable Fitness, a mobile Personal Training service that helps busy women get back to a consistent exercise routine after years of inconsistency. 

I understand that for many of us life is very busy and we’re often left with little time or energy to exercise. 

The sustainable fitness approach is all about creating very small, manageable steps towards a more active lifestyle and enjoying that process. 

With over 10 years experience in the fitness industry, I’ve learnt to really listen and understand what might have held you back previously and support you to find your way to move forwards.

My qualifications include; Level 3 Personal Trainer, Level 4 Strength and Conditioning coach, Biomechanics coach, Pre and Post Natal Exercise and a Diploma in Holistic Nutrition, 200 hr RYT Yoga Teacher and CIMPSA registered.

I offer a supportive and encouraging environment where I meet you where you're at and not the other way around.

I aim to get you feeling confident in your physical ability and celebrate it throughout the process.

​I believe that movement is for everyone and should be enjoyable and empowering, not intimidating.
